Here are some of our frequently asked questions. Please don't hesitate to contact us for any other concerns.

For all our cakes a deposit of 50% is required. This deposit is non-refundable.

We require a week’s notice to cancel any cake. If your event is cancelled, the 50% non-refundable deposit can be used as a credit towards another cake or sweet treat order in the future.

For custom cakes, atleast 1 month is required. Please keep in mind detailed cakes require more time to complete. The earlier you order the better!

For 1-tiered signature cakes, 2 weeks is sufficient amount of time.

For wedding cakes, we recommend booking at least 4-6 months before the wedding. 

If you have a last minute request we will try our best to make it work!

At the moment, no we don’t. However, we are constantly working towards improving our menu to accommodate our clients’ needs. Please contact us and we’ll gladly update you when your request is available in our menu.
